HR/LR Admin (Kronos, Workday) _ 2+ yrs exp Onsite @ Wentzville, MO

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for HR and Labor Relations (LR) transactional support and employee inquiries.
  • Manage employee data and generate reports using Workday, Kronos, and internal HR systems.
  • Facilitate salaried onboarding processes, ensuring transaction accuracy and coordination across HR functions.
  • Support labor relations activities, including grievance tracking, records management, and case documentation.
  • Assist with internal investigations and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
  • Support communication and engagement efforts between union representatives and management.
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards; ensure audit readiness and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Payroll, IT, Benefits, and Sedgwick to address and resolve employee concerns.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; or 3+ years of direct HR administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Kronos, and Ethicspoint.
  • Prior exposure to unionized work environments is a plus.
