Job Title: Windchill Solution Architect

Location: Remote (Client Location: Chandler, AZ)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill Solution Architect to join our team on a 6+ month contract basis. This is a remote position, supporting a client based in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PTC Windchill PLM solutions and a strong background in architecting and implementing enterprise-level PLM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Windchill PLM solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Define system architecture, integration strategies, and data migration plans.
  • Customize and configure Windchill modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, and ProjectLink.
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windchill.
  • Provide mentorship and support to development and implementation teams.
  • Document architecture, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in PLM systems with at least 5 years in Windchill architecture and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink).
  • Experience with Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs.
  • Familiarity with CAD integrations (Creo, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PTC certifications in Windchill or related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based PLM deployments.
