Job Summary
The Sr Product Manager is responsible to lead the development and improvement of our offer management system OMS which enables our franchisees to manage and optimize online offers across various channels and platforms and the Price Admin tool. The role is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. The role also conducts user research, user acceptance testing, performance analysis, and KPI tracking to measure the impact and value of the product. Additionally, the role communicates the product updates and benefits to the field and provide training and support as needed. The role acts as a liaison between the technology and the online promotions teams, ensuring alignment and coordination of goals and priorities.

Duties And Responsibilities (other Duties As Assigned)
- Outline action plan, in partnership with technology and Online Promotions team, to address known issues
- Take the leadership in analyzing trends of issues to recommend changes in processes, technology development etc. for a better product for the future
- Identify ways to simplify/reduce the number of offer and pricing rules managed by the tool for a more effective process
- Provide training on proper implementation of each tool as necessary
- Define and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for the engineering team
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and quality delivery of each product features and enhancements
- Conduct user research, user testing, and feedback sessions to validate the product assumptions and requirements
- Analyze and report on the product performance, incident ticketing, usage, and satisfaction using various tools and metrics
- Identify and monitor the key product KPIs and OKRs and communicate the progress and results to the stakeholders
- Create and maintain the product documentation, user guides, and release notes
- Plan and execute the product launch and rollout activities, including field communications, training, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the online promotions team, the technology team, and other cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on the online marketing industry, competitors, and best practices
