Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (8+ Years Experience)
Lead Business Analyst (Local to OH and W2 only)
Location: Hybrid, Onsite one week per month in Orrville, OH
Job Summary:
TEKsystems is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering high-impact business and systems analysis within complex enterprise environments. This role requires a strong leader who can serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders driving clarity, scope, and alignment across digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors to define and document business and functional requirements.
- Lead and facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, wireframes, and technical specifications.
- Partner closely with project managers and technical leads to support project planning, estimation, and solution design.
- Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and support change management activities.
- Assist in UAT planning, test case development, and validation of delivered solutions.
- Ensure clear documentation and traceability from business case through implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level role.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis for both business and IT audiences.
- Experience working in hybrid waterfall/agile environments.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain alignment with business priorities.
- Skilled in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and standard documentation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain systems.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Business Process Modeling (BPM) or Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
