Description: Our client is currently seeking a Supervisor III
Job Description: As a Supervisor at Client Foundry, you will oversee skilled trades employees who maintain foundry equipment. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading safety, environmental, and ergonomic initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and ergonomic regulations.
- Supervising preventive maintenance and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborating with maintenance engineering for equipment repairs and improvements.
- Providing necessary training and resources for personnel.
- Driving engagement in safety processes and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Handling overtime work as required by production needs.
- Fostering a positive employee environment through effective communication and guidance.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in industrial equipment maintenance. (hydraulics, cylinders, motors, heavy industrial experience)
- Skillful in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems.
- Effective planning and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Knowledgeable in OSHA CFR 1910 regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented problem solver.
