Role Summary: As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our client's business. You'll lead multifaceted teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive strategic programs. Your ability to navigate complexity, influence decision-making, and foster collaboration will be essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute key programs and services. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Risk Management: Ensure accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create operational efficiencies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Perform assessments using fact-finding and data analysis. Develop creative solutions and recommendations for complex issues.
  • User-Centric Approach: Create user stories and process flows to enhance user experience. Collaborate with product teams to align initiatives.
  • Agile Execution: Maintain and update user stories in JIRA. Participate in daily sprints, backlog reviews, and playbacks.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate ideas, project updates, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Influence, guide, and lead less experienced team members within the Strategy and Execution group.

Required Skills:
  • Proactive, independent self-starter who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in documenting current and future user flows.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for Agile development.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desired Skills / Experience:
  • Banking experience
  • Strong background in wholesale treasury management.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, including wire transfers, SWIFT, ISO, CHIPS, and Fedwire.
