ServiceNow Sr. Developer
Public Trust Clearance is required
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years' experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
- ServiceNow certifications, Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS IT Service Management (CIS ITSM) & CIS Human Resources (CIS HR), are highly desirable.
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform features and functionalities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow development technologies, such as JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience in developing ServiceNow applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio.
- Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and integration technologies for ServiceNow integration with external systems.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and ITIL framework.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and working with cross-functional teams is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
