Role: Master Control Operator
Location: Centennial, CO
Rate: $24/hour W2
Schedule: Onsite | Various Shifts

We are seeking a Master Control Operator to provide master control services for running live games and broadcast operations. This role ensures the seamless transmission of live content, monitors broadcast signals, and maintains quality standards throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under immediate supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate master control systems to manage live game broadcasts and scheduled programming.
  • Monitor and verify the integrity of incoming and outgoing signals to ensure uninterrupted transmission.
  • Perform inspections and implement quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products.
  • Follow established operational guidelines and instructions to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of broadcast activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of live events.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in master control operations or a related area.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within broadcasting and telecommunications.
  • Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow pre-established guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment:
  • Reports directly to a Supervisor or Manager.
  • Works in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on live event schedules.
