Summary:
As a Technical Support Lead, you will be a critical member of an internal operations team supporting novel research devices. You ll ensure that all the technical support needs of the team are met to enable our ambitious research programs to succeed. You will need a blend of project management and operations acumen to collaborate cross-functionally. To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success, clearly communicating their work to all stakeholders, and ensuring tactical progress is made towards team goals. Our team consists of varying levels of experiences and backgrounds. Relevant experience is important, but ultimately less so than your abilities.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $68.82/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead new mechanism and processes for technical debugging, triaging, and root cause analysis in up-and-coming devices.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide status reports on technical issues and resolution.
- Follow technical issues through from initial triage to resolution, working closely with engineers, researchers, and developers to resolve issues.
- Provide 1-on-1 technical support for company executives using this research device for the first time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management, operational support, data collection management experience, or other relevant experience.
- 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in systems engineering and/or QA support role.
- Experience with Java/Kotlin/Android and React Native.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with human subject s research, data collection, lab management, research support, or operations management in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building medium to large scale systems and services.
- Experience managing multiple complex workflows and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor s degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, computer science, business administration, or related field.
