Job Details

We need following candidate:

Title: IT Network Engineer

Location: Kearneysville, WV / Memphis, TN / Lanham, MD / Ogden, UT

Duration: 5 years

  • Education Background: Bachelor s or a master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: current CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) OR current CISCO Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE). These are highly regarded certifications for network engineers specializing in CISCO technologies.
  • Experience: a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, design, and implementation. Experience in enterprise-level networks, including data centers, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale WAN/LAN setups. Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting network protocols, such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS. Project management experience leading or working on network-related projects, including design, upgrades, or troubleshooting.

Strongly Desired Technical Skills: Knowledge of network infrastructure components: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless networks. Proficiency in scripting/automation. Familiarity with automation tools. Expertise in network analyzing tools. Strong knowledge of network security protocols and practices, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems, and Zero Trust models. Experience with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SDN (Software-Defined Networking).
