Job Description
BAE Systems is the industry leader in FMV exploitation, and we are searching for individuals ready to begin an exciting and dynamic intelligence career while supporting a critical global counterterrorism mission in the southern national capital region supporting a Department of Defense Customer.

The Role:
  • Employ and leverage FMV tradecraft expertise using exploitation tools and any past theater specific cultural familiarization you may have from active duty employment.
  • Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution
  • Compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel
  • Accurately and timely exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply HUMINT and SIGINT information to FMV imagery analysis, and use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery in softcopy

Who you are:
  • Someone who can work a rotating shift schedule (typically 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am), alternating days and nights on four month rotations that will include weekends and holidays
  • Excel in a fast-paced work environment, while multi-tasking
  • Highly skilled and effective communicator
  • Experienced with intelligence operations focusing on the TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process
  • Open to learning new skills and taking on a variety of tasks to enhance your analytic and technical abilities
  • Likes working with the military and/or government agencies and is effective at problem solving with new and innovative ideas

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Must possess a minimum of 4 years of full-time Intelligence Analysis experience with at least 1 year of the 4 years exposed to and/or within the GEOSPATIAL or GEOINT product set, direct FMV Analysis is preferred.
  • Must have attended and passed a US Military Intelligence Course, (I.e., All Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, IMINT, etc.), resulting in a formal military Intelligence MOS.
  • Must posses strong typing skills (typing without looking at the keyboard a minimum of 40 words per minute with a 90% accuracy rate).
  • Must demonstrate experience and understanding with the intelligence cycle, picture, and process.
  • Must be capable of accurately discerning red, blue, green, and yellow colors on a video screen.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral communication skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59950 - $101970

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
