Role- Sr. Product Manager

(Hybrid Role in Houston, TX).........Full time role

Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering successful SaaS products. Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance-related industries is highly desirable.
Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of workforce compliance regulations, including the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), DOL guidelines, and other relevant frameworks.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to completion.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that solve real problems and create value.
    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
