Role overview
LatentBridge is seeking a US-based Sales Executive to drive growth across Banking and Financial Services clients for our IT services portfolio (AI, automation, application modernization, data engineering, cloud). You will own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to deal closure—partnering closely with a global delivery and presales team based in India.
Key responsibilities
- Sales strategy and ownership: Build and execute territory plans for BFS accounts; own end-to-end sales cycles (prospecting → discovery → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → close).
- Pipeline generation: Leverage your network and proactive outreach (cold calls, social selling, events) to create qualified opportunities in banks, capital markets, wealth/asset management, and fintech.
- Client engagement: Conduct discovery workshops, align to business outcomes (cost reduction, risk/compliance, speed-to-market), and position LatentBridge solutions compellingly.
- Deal management: Lead proposals, RFP/RFI responses, SOW/MSA negotiations, pricing, and commercials with support from presales and delivery leads.
- Cross-functional orchestration: Work with global teams for demos, PoCs, estimations, and delivery planning; ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction post-close.
- Account growth: Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities (managed services, modernization, data platforms, AI CoE), and expand relationships across lines of business.
- Metrics and reporting: Maintain CRM hygiene; forecast accurately; track KPIs (pipeline, conversion, velocity, ACV, GRR/NRR) and provide weekly progress updates.
Sales performance analysis and reporting
- Performance tracking: Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, cycle length, and forecast accuracy; address gaps with targeted actions.
- Insights and optimization: Share market feedback on offerings, pricing, and competitive moves; refine pitches and collateral with marketing and presales.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B IT services sales with BFS clients (banking, capital markets, fintech) in the US; proven track record in new logo acquisition and account growth.
- Network: Existing relationships in NJ/NY BFS ecosystem (regional banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, fin Techs) strongly preferred.
- Domain familiarity: Comfort with BFS problem statements (regulatory/compliance, KYC/AML, data and reporting, application modernization, cloud/DevOps).
- Sales skills: Discovery, solution selling, executive communication, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), sales cadences, and digital outreach; proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently while coordinating across time zones with India-based presales and delivery teams.
- Work authorization: Based in New Jersey/New York; authorized to work in the US.
