Requirements
- 6 or more years managing enterprise-level technology implementation projects.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Experience in CMS systems integration and partner operational reviews.
- Experience with federal and state health insurance platforms, including EDE.
- Experience in handling ACA-related processes and insurance exchange programs.
- Experience with 834 enrollment file processes and related data workflows.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end partner integrations, from application to technical go-live.
- Proficiency in coordinating EDE and CMS compliance reviews and readiness cycles.
- Working with managing partner QHP application changes and documentation flow.
- Work on facilitating interdepartmental reviews for partner compliance.
- Collaborating in creating and maintaining project documentation and dashboards.
- Working with presenting project updates, challenges, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison with technical vendors, federal agencies, and insurance partners.
