Job Title: CI/CD Engineer with SRE Experience
Location: Charlotte, NC (ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK)
Contract: 12-month Contract-to-Hire

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CI/CD Engineer with Site
Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience to join our team. This hybrid role
combines expertise in building robust CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on
system reliability and scalability. You will play a critical role in ensuring
smooth, automated deployments while maintaining system stability and
performance.

Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Engineering:
  • Design, build, and maintain pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
  • Automate software delivery processes, including code build, test, and deploy.
  • Work with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD.
  • Ensure deployments are repeatable, reliable, and fast.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD best practices.

Site Reliability Engineering:
  • Apply software engineering principles to operations for reliability and scalability.
  • Develop and manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
  • Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
  • Utilize observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
  • Automate infrastructure and reduce operational toil.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and Kubernetes.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Strong background in SRE principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools, observability platforms, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
