SAP OTC Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong SAP SD expertise and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both S/4HANA and ECC OTC processes, along with the ability to lead complex solutioning across business and IT teams. SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Techno-Functional Consultant who can operate across both functional SD processes and technical ABAP-related enhancements.


Title: SAP OTC Consultant
Location: Plano, TX or Seattle, WA Onsite & if any other US Remote (Travel as required, when needed)
Duration: Contract 6+ months and possibility for extension - This duration is subject to changes based on the project's requirement and/or the client's sole discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTC solutioning, configuration, and implementation across SAP SD.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional & technical requirements.
• Configure and support: Sales Orders, Deliveries, Pricing, Billing, Credit Checks, AR, and Returns.
• Drive technical enhancements using user exits, BADIs, BAPIs, LORD API, and custom ABAP solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot EDI/IDoc interfaces, batch jobs, and integrations with 3rd-party logistics systems.
• Support functional testing, regression testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality checks & best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5 8+ years SAP SD/OTC techno-functional experience.
• Strong configuration skills across core OTC processes.
• Proven ABAP debugging and enhancement framework knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with EDI/IDoc and integration flows.
• Deep understanding of integration points: FI, MM, WM, GTS, CRM, MDG, SCM.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in manufacturing industries.
• SAP SD certification (nice to have).
• Master's degree (bonus).

This is not a pure functional SD role the consultant must understand/debug ABAP, manage EDI/IDoc flows, and lead solution design.

• Supporting deployment & cutover

Travel Flexibility:

• Based in Plano, TX, or Seattle, WA
• Open to US remote with travel when needed

Ideal Consultant Profile:

• Solid OTC/SAP SD functional expertise
• Good command of ABAP debugging
• Strong integration knowledge
• Good communicator
• Comfortable with global/digital delivery models
