We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) Consultant with strong expertise in Retail to help implement, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions for consumer goods and retail clients. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring Salesforce solutions drive sales, streamline operations, and enhance the retail customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations and enhancements with a focus on retail operations.
Analyze business requirements from retail and consumer goods teams and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce Cobjects, workflows, flows, and reports to support retail processes (e.g., Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, Account Planning).
Work closely with stakeholders to design solutions for customer engagement, order management, and retail sales operations.
Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales, merchandising, and marketing teams.
Support data migration, integration, and user training for retail and field teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement Salesforce integrations with ERP, eCommerce, and other retail systems.
Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
4 7 years of Salesforce implementation experience, with 2+ years in Consumer Goods Cloud.
Strong expertise in Retail processes such as Trade Promotions, Retail Execution, Account Planning, and Store Visits.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, flows, process builder, reports, dashboards, and data management.
Experience in Salesforce CPQ, B2B Commerce, or Field Service is a plus.
Knowledge of retail business processes including merchandising, sales planning, and field team operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant) preferred.
