Job Description
- Design and build dynamic financial dashboards and reports in Power BI, leveraging complex DAX formulas and data modeling techniques to drive strategic business insights.
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy through ongoing validation and quality checks.
- Deploy and manage Power BI content via Power BI Service, including report sharing, user access management, and implementation of security protocols to safeguard sensitive financial data.
- Support knowledge sharing and adoption across the finance team by providing training on Power BI features, best practices, and data exploration techniques.

The Successful Applicant
- Familiarity with Elite 3E data structures and table relationships is preferred, particularly in the context of financial reporting and analytics within professional services environments.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including developing interactive dashboards, writing complex DAX expressions, and managing security and data access protocols within Power BI Service.
- Proficient in SQL, with a strong ability to write complex queries and data joins across multiple tables to support robust data modeling and report accuracy.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; a bachelor's degree and relevant certifications in Power BI or related platforms are preferred.
