We are a global entertainment organization focused on delivering immersive, story-driven experiences to audiences around the world. Through permanent entertainment venues and touring attractions, our Experiences team creates opportunities for fans to engage with their favorite stories in real life. These experiences, along with merchandise offerings, aim to deepen audience connection to our titles and extend their cultural relevance over time.

We are seeking a Technical Writer to support our Experiences team by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role involves gathering and synthesizing information from a range of sources to produce clear, cohesive documentation that supports training and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Write Standard Operating Procedures across various operational functions by compiling information from diverse inputs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), both internal and external, to refine documentation into actionable and easy-to-follow instructions.
• Establish and maintain consistent formatting, document design standards, and version control processes.

What We Need From You:

• Proven experience working with technical content and developing operational documentation.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible formats.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines while working across various teams.
• Background in the hospitality industry is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with digital tools and the Google Suite.
