Role: Technical project manager
Location: Louisville, KY ONSITE - Only Locals
Job Description:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project execution, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Leverage development expertise to guide technical teams in ServiceNow, Data, Application Development, and ETL projects.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during the development and implementation phases.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, data management, and system integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Proactively resolve conflicts and challenges to keep projects on track.
- Team Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and QA engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Oversee testing and validation processes for developed solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in ServiceNow, data management, and application development.
