Walker Healthforce is seeking a Project Lead with 2+ years of experience. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for design and execution of member and provider facing initiatives in support of the CMS Star Ratings program. Position may include activities such as working with vendors and developing programs and summarizing performance data to determine results. Excellent communication skills, project management, strong attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously is required.

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Project Lead with 2+ years of experience. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Working knowledge of HEDIS and Medicare Stars.
- Strong organizational skills, documentation skills, and attention to detail to develop and maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation of all project activities, issues, lessons learned, and performance reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong project management leadership, facilitation and collaboration skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet necessary deadlines.
- Strong experience with Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to effectively exchange information clearly and concisely, present ideas, report facts and other information, respond to questions and employ active listening techniques.
- Ability to apply the principles of independent logical, analytical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
- Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged
