Job Title :Diamond/Executive Support Technician Location :El Segundo, CA 90245 Onsite Rate :$30/hr w2
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Diamond/Executive Support Technician to provide white-glove technical support to our most senior executives and their administrative staff. This role requires quick thinking, rapid response, and strong communication skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch, rapid-response IT support to VIP Diamond users and their administrative teams.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, including implementing temporary workarounds when necessary.
- Maintain composure under pressure and ensure a calm environment when resolving high-priority issues.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical users.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential IT challenges before they escalate.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.
- Provide on-site, dedicated support to executive offices as part of a white-glove service approach.
- Be available during off hours to respond to urgent executive support needs.
- Particpate in conversations around improvements in executive support strategies, ensuring efficiency, and enhancing overall user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with executive leadership and support teams.
- Experience providing VIP or executive-level IT support in a corporate environment.
- Ability to remain calm and reassuring while resolving technical challenges.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications.
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is a plus.
