SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Moline, IL/Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing SAP FICO functionalities to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center, Profit Center, etc.).
- Perform end-to-end implementation, support, and upgrades of SAP FICO systems.
- Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, etc.
- Work with business users to conduct testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).
- Prepare documentation such as functional specs, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) for custom developments and enhancements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of core FICO components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders.
- Understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
Preferred:
SAP Certification in FICO.
