Responsibilities: - Design comprehensive master data management strategies to enhance data quality and consistency across the organization. - Implement SAP FSM solutions to streamline data processes and improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs and develop tailored solutions. - Analyze existing data systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability. - Ensure data governance policies are adhered to and promote best practices in data management. - Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and system configurations. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data management tools and methodologies. - Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards. - Lead initiatives to integrate new data sources and technologies into existing systems. - Monitor data management systems to identify and resolve issues proactively. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge of data management practices. - Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to keep the organization at the forefront of data management. - Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality data supports informed decision-making.
