Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM & ITSM
Client Location: Seattle, WA (Remote )

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have 9 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with proven expertise in integrations, customizations, and automation within CSM and ITSM environments. This role is remote but supports a Seattle-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules across CSM and ITSM platforms.
  • Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations including forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Lead and support integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs.
  • Develop and maintain portals using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Leverage automation tools including Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs to streamline processes.
  • Support performance analytics configuration and dashboard/report generation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 9 10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Customer Service Management (CSM): Must have hands-on experience across multiple CSM instances, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM): Strong hands-on development and support experience.
  • HRSD: Familiarity or working knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow portals and custom widgets.
  • Strong integration skills using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow API usage.
  • Strong understanding of automation via workflows, Flow Designer, and scripting.
