Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst

Contract: W2 Only

Skills Required:

The candidate is required to have an understanding of the Business Intelligence function, both in terms of Data Warehousing and Reporting / Analytics

Business Intelligence is responsible for:

• All reports
• Updating the Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Updating several internal IT processes

They need a Business Intelligence-focused Business Analyst to assist in achieving our department and organizational goals. The candidate will have two areas of focus:

1. 60% Providing communication, coordination, logistical, tracking and other program/project tasks to ensure the hundreds of reports/objects are effectively tracked through the SDLC and program platforms.
2. Providing direct Business Analyst support to document requirements and translate business needs to developers in the form of FDDs, BRDs, etc.

While the candidate will not code anything, nor develop reports, experience in this area is required.

Experience:

• At least 10 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst, in a Business Intelligence / Analytics setting
• Health Plan experience is required.
