About the Role

Position Information

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide day-to-day ( BAU ) support in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment similar to an Apple Store model. This role involves supporting a variety of devices, operating systems, and network components, while also contributing to technology projects and business-impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support for Macs, PCs, mobile devices, software applications, and networking issues.
  • Deliver in-person and remote assistance to associates and customers, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
  • Perform asset management, including device configuration, deployment, and returns processing.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support both BAU operations and non-BAU projects (upgrades, rollouts, certifications, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document solutions to enhance the internal knowledge base.
  • Identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and contribute to process optimization.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards, embodying a service bar mindset that prioritizes empathy, clarity, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and common enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid setup.
  • Proactive attitude toward learning, process improvement, and professional development.

Salary and Other Compensation:Thesalaryfor this position is between$42,520 $50,360 annually.? Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education,experienceand other qualifications of the successful candidate.
