Job Title: SAP TM Consultant
Location: Remote (USA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Freight Order Management, Planning & Execution, Charge Calculation, Integration with EWM/MM/SD, and carrier collaboration. The consultant will work closely with our logistics and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP TM solutions, ensuring efficient transportation management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP TM solutions, including Freight Order Management, Planning & Execution, and Charge Calculation
- Integrate SAP TM with EWM, MM, and SD, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized logistics processes
- Configure and implement carrier collaboration solutions, including tendering and auctioning
- Develop and implement charge calculation and billing solutions
- Collaborate with logistics teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP TM applications
- Conduct training sessions for users on SAP TM functionalities and best practices
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with logistics regulations
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for logistics and management teams
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with SAP TM
- Strong knowledge of Freight Order Management, Planning & Execution, and Charge Calculation
- Experience with Integration with EWM/MM/SD
- Experience with carrier collaboration solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP TM certification
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Logistics
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation management processes
- Experience with data management and reporting tools
