Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and explore large, complex data sets representing key business drivers, trends, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineers to aggregate and clean large data sets.
• Conceptualize, create, automate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and experiments.
• Proactively provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the business that drive decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist (required)
• Experience defining and monitoring business KPIs (required)
• Proficiency in SQL (required)
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Adobe, Quantum Metrics, Snowsight) (required)
• At least 1.5 years of experience working with clickstream data (required)
• Strong communication and storytelling skills (required)
• Excellent English (required)
• Familiarity with Python and machine learning (an advantage)
• BSc/BA in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics (an advantage)
• Experience with personalization tools and reporting (an advantage)
• Experience with AT&T data (an advantage)

Our Lead Data Analysis earns between $116,700-$175,100 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
