Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled TM1 Developer with strong experience in IBM Planning Analytics to support and enhance our financial management and reporting (FMR) solutions. This role will focus on improving existing TM1 models, supporting overall system architecture, and enabling real-time insights into business performance through IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) models for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support TM1 architectural design, including server configuration and system administration
- Create and optimize data models, reports, dashboards, and automated financial processes
- Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure accurate reporting and improved decision-making
- Provide support for PAX installs and functionality on client machines
- Assist in automated data consolidation and analysis using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)
Required Qualifications:
- 7 10 years of experience in TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics development
- Experience with PAW, TM1 server maintenance, and administration
- Strong skills in PAX, SQL, and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work across business and technical teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar development lifecycle tools
