Job Details
We are seeking a Policy & Quality Assurance Lead to ensure future-state processes and system integrations align with organizational policies and compliance requirements. This role plays a critical part in evaluating policy impacts, supporting design decisions, and providing oversight for testing and cross-system data validation.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with functional, technical, finance, and change management teams to ensure accuracy, control alignment, and implementation readiness across enterprise platforms such as Icertis, Infor LN, and Costpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct enterprise-wide reviews of policies and SOPs impacted by large-scale system transformation initiatives.
Create and maintain a Policy Impact Register to track policy updates, approvals, and training needs.
Identify obsolete, conflicting, or duplicative policies and coordinate updates or retirements.
Draft and revise policies, procedures, and process maps aligned with standardized S2P and CLM workflows.
Partner with Change Management teams to communicate policy updates and support training material development.
Develop and oversee testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Author and execute test cases focused on compliance, financial accuracy, and system integrations.
Track defects, support remediation, and validate end-to-end data integrity across systems.
Maintain traceability between requirements, design decisions, and testing outcomes.
Support readiness assessments and key milestone reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in policy analysis and quality assurance within complex enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL).
Extensive experience creating master test strategies, test plans, and detailed test scripts.
Proven expertise in authoring and revising corporate policies and procedures.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CPA, CGFM, CISA, or PMP.
Experience with supply chain modernization or Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) initiatives.
Familiarity with Supplier Exchange portals and flow-down requirements.
Proven success leading cross-functional policy harmonization efforts.
