Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional process and workflow support to our users. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting applications/systems, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of processes and workflows that are integral to the daily operations of our firm. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our organization.

How you'll make an impact

What will you be doing?
  • Concentrated on implementing improved business processes in addition to executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our CRM platform and our coordinated Oracle CPQ
  • This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating those requirements into customized solutions; Implementing Salesforce solutions that enforce to platform best practices
  • Handling data feeds; and Assisting in user training
  • Additional duties include user account maintenance, reporting and dashboards, and workflow creations. Acts as liaison between users and applications development team
  • Communicates clearly and concisely
  • Troubleshoots a range of user workflow and process issues directly with the user, providing hands-on support
  • Refers more complex problems to supervisors or other experts
  • Contributes to work flow or process change and redesign to form a basic understanding of specific function
  • Participates in meetings and continuing education to improve individual, departmental, and organizational performance
  • Effectively works with other internal teams to triage and escalate issues that cannot be resolved by our team

About You

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years relevant SalesForce experience
  • Strong data leadership skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Lightning Component development experience
  • Experience with Salesforce platform programming languages. Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Eager to learn and teach
  • Positive attitude, patience, and high level customer service skills
