Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Service Delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with customer expectations.
- Analyze customer service portfolios and spend data to identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed price quotes and cost comparison analyses.
- Develop expertise in vendor pricing models, services, and infrastructure across various providers.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates through ongoing training.
- Recommend optimal services based on product knowledge and market analysis.
- Evaluate recommendations for impact throughout the service lifecycle implementation to billing.
- Maintain accurate customer inventories and contract records through vendor communication.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Adhere to task timelines, providing regular updates on progress.
- Present clear and concise explanations of proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist Customer Success teams with quote presentations and solution briefings to clients.
- Respond to pricing inquiries in line with internal processes and standards.
- Submit provider documentation necessary to activate quoted services, per company protocols.
- Complete assigned work within regular business hours; overtime only as approved.
- Follow all information security policies and ensure compliant use of data and systems.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to read and interpret telecom-related documents: invoices, contracts, accounting data, etc.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to both clients and internal teams.
- Solid math skills: capable of calculating discounts, interest, commissions, ratios, and applying algebraic concepts.
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.
- Comfortable interpreting technical instructions and handling abstract or practical challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with databases or project management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in a related field is required.
- 3 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
