Job Details
1. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Automate provisioning of AWS resources using Terraform & AWS CloudFormation.
- Develop reusable infrastructure modules supporting multiple environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Maintain infrastructure state and versioning via Git and CI/CD pipelines.
2. CI/CD Integration
- Integrate infrastructure code into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Automate deployment workflows for infrastructure and application updates.
3. Configuration Management
- Use tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to ensure consistent system configurations.
- Enforce compliance with security and operational standards.
4. Cloud Architecture & Optimization
- Design scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant AWS architectures (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM).
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.
5. Monitoring & Observability
- Implement monitoring solutions with CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus.
- Configure logging and alerting for proactive issue resolution.
6. Security & Compliance
- Design and enforce IAM policies, encryption, and secure networking.
- Implement security controls with AWS Shield, WAF, and GuardDuty.
7. Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with DevOps, Developers, and SREs to align infrastructure with application needs.
- Document infrastructure designs, automation processes, and best practices.
8. Disaster Recovery & Scalability
- Develop reproducible disaster recovery infrastructure.
- Create strategies for scaling resources in line with business growth.
