Job Description : 

Ability to configure and customize using the various scripting methodologies in ITSM, ITAM modules in ServiceNow. Also work on the integrations, where needed and so it requires API skills. 

• Contribute to the thought leadership of the ServiceNow platform, ITSM, CMDB, HAM and SAM Pro

• Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in:

• Workflow/Flow Configuration

• Application UI Configuration

• Development of client specific reporting and integration requirements

• Be accountable to ensure Practice deliverables to GEO Customer Delivery and customers are complete, consistent, of high quality, on time and deliver benefits

• Contribute to the continual improvement of Global Delivery and Practice business processes as well as the maturing of the IT Business Management portfolio, capabilities, expertise, best practices and solutions

• Creation of script based Assignment and Approval rule.

• Experience with enterprise software implementations for large organizations

• Experience in Java, Java Script and corresponding frameworks, like jQuery, Prototype JS or Angular

• Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile frameworks

• Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation

• Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
