Join us as an Expert SRE to ensure operational excellence during the integration of merging systems. You'll design resilient infrastructure, automate incident response, and drive system performance and reliability.

responsibilities:

- Ensure system reliability and uptime throughout the integration of merging platforms, minimizing disruption to users and dependent services.


- Design and implement resilience strategies, including failover mechanisms, load balancing, and redundancy across legacy and new systems.


- Build observability into integrated systems, using metrics, logging, and tracing to gain real-time insights into performance, errors, and bottlenecks.


- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to align on integration timelines, deployment strategies, and reliability goals.


- Automate deployment and infrastructure tasks using IaC (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual effort and human error.


- Proactively monitor integration activities, detecting anomalies and performance degradation early to prevent system failures.


- Conduct capacity planning and stress testing to ensure merged environments can handle production workloads.


- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis during integration-related outages or performance issues.




qualifications:

- 7+ years in SRE/cloud/infrastructure roles


- Deep AWS and automation expertise


- Strong scripting and observability skills


- Experience with large enterprise environments
