Job Title: Senior Scrum Master Lead
Location: Hybrid, with one onsite meeting per week in Reston, VA.
Duration: 12-month
Interview: Face 2 Face
Excellent Communication Skills
- 8+ years experience as a Scrum Master/Kanban Lead
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams in an enterprise-level environment
- Experience leading software development projects and using AWS services
- Any Scrum-related certifications
Nice to Have:
- Experience leading an AWS migration project
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer
- Certified Scrum Professional
