  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Help Desk Manager in Las Vegas, NV.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum three (3) years of experience working in an MSP.
    • Experience working in a casino / hospitality environment.
    • Proficient background in Tier 1 support with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
    • Demonstrated ability to oversee the resolution of technical issues and service requests, warranting they are handled efficiently and effectively.
    • Understand and troubleshoot networking issues, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
    • In-depth knowledge of Tier 2 troubleshooting and the ability to identify issues requiring escalation.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial position.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and incident management processes.
    • Experienced with Microsoft O365.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills; foster a positive team environment and provide ongoing support to ensure team members meet their objectives.
    • Documented experience showing effort to continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
    • Possess extensive knowledge of help desk software, ticketing systems, operating systems, productivity software, and common business applications.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
