Job Details

We are seeking a skilled ETL/Data Integration Developer with strong Informatica, SQL and PL/SQL expertise to design, develop, and maintain software and data solutions. This role involves leading technical design efforts, writing requirements, preparing documentation, and providing guidance to colleagues while ensuring code quality through testing and reviews.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica ETL, SQL/PLSQL, Agile/Kanban, and source-to-target mapping. Additional exposure to financial systems, OFSA, Teradata, or MDM is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to translate business needs into effective technical solutions are key.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Informatica ETL, SQL/PLSQL, Python, Toad
  • Strong background in data integration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with solution design, requirements gathering, and documentation
  • Knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies
  • Financial systems or OFSA experience a plus
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience (degree or equivalent experience required)

Location: This position is a hybrid role in Pittsburgh, PA. No relocation will be provided at this time. Applicants should be local to the Pittsburgh, PA area. 

This is a full-time W2 Salaried position. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for sponsorship.
