Position Overview:

The Virtual Intelligence Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing and managing sensitive data related to intelligence operations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in military intelligence or a related field and the ability to work independently in a secure and remote environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a strong sense of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input and manage intelligence-related data across secure systems and databases

  • Verify and audit documents for accuracy, consistency, and format compliance

  • Assist in organizing classified and unclassified reports and information

  • Ensure adherence to data protection protocols and security guidelines

  • Collaborate remotely with intelligence teams or administrative staff

  • Support reporting and document management tasks related to ongoing operations

  • Maintain operational confidentiality and uphold information security standards

Qualifications:
  • Prior military experience, preferably in an intelligence or administrative MOS/AFSC (e.g., 35F, 35G, 1N0X1, etc.)

  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy

  • Familiarity with military or intelligence reporting formats and terminology

  • Proficient with data systems such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and secure platforms

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material with discretion

  • Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to meet deadlines independently

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active or previous DoD Security Clearance (Secret or higher)

  • Experience using tools like DCGS-A, Palantir, or other intel systems

  • Background in secure communications, records management, or intel analysis

  • Comfortable working in a virtual, remote team environment
