Job Details

This is an onsite position-3-6 months with a roll to permanent- (50-55K)Co cannot do sponsorship at this time. 2 yrs plus exp with "hands-on" help desk Level 1- to support their warehouse operations.Provide basic technical support for warehouse staff, including resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all systems run smoothly to support daily operations. Key responsibilities:Respond to help desk tickest, calls or walk-ups from warehouse and back office staff. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, handheld scanners, tablet printers and network connectivity. Assist with setting up and configuring devices including pc's, tablets and RF guns. Maintain and update inventory. Escalate complex issues to 2nd level and IT mgmt as needed. Basic understanding of windowsOS printers, handheld devices and networking. should come from distribution, or warehouse, or mfg or wholesale industry
