Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our client's organization. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in declarative development, configuration of AppExchange Apps, and proficiency in various Salesforce technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Senior Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, including but not limited to Process Builder, Workflows, Flows, and Approval Processes.


• Configure and customize AppExchange Apps to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing Salesforce functionality.


• Develop custom Visualforce pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and address complex business needs.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.


• Design and implement integrations with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring data integrity and security.


• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions.


• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and deliver innovative solutions.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on declarative development and configuration.


• Proficiency in customizing and configuring AppExchange Apps to extend Salesforce functionality.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.


• Expertise in developing custom Visualforce pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).


• Experience with Salesforce integrations using SOAP and REST APIs, including authentication methods such as OAuth.


• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/deployment.


• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly desirable.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
