Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Nevada (Local Candidates Only)
Type: Contract | Full-Time
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple IT initiatives across Network, Infrastructure, Radio Technology, Desktop Services, and Service Desk. The role involves managing 5 15 concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and budget-conscious delivery, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects end-to-end, from planning to closeout
  • Manage timelines, risks, and weekly status reporting (via ServiceNow)
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, change management board reviews, and cross-department coordination
  • Develop documentation, requirements, schedules, and communications
  • Ensure adoption of modern technologies and create change management/training materials

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Clark County, NV
  • Onsite for first 8 weeks (Mon Thu, 10-hour shifts), then hybrid (1 day onsite, 3 remote)
  • 10+ years IT experience, with 10+ years in Project Management of technical IT projects
  • 3+ years local government experience
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (5 15)
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure, Active Directory, Cloud, Disaster Recovery, and Virtual Call Center projects
  • Must pass a criminal background check
