Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP SD/OTC and proven experience in integrating SAP with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, working across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP systems and Salesforce CRM, focusing on order-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP SD/OTC implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Manage integration projects between SAP and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
  • Act as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensure proper documentation, testing, and user training.
  • Oversee change management, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Provide status reports to leadership and escalate issues as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP SD/OTC modules.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
  • Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with SAP (via middleware or direct API).
  • Good understanding of order-to-cash business processes.
  • Experience in Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • PMP/Agile certification is a plus.
