Infosec Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westborough, MA that is seeking an Infosec Analyst that will work across multiple security domains (Administration, Engineering, Monitoring, Governance) to help ensure data security, compliance with company policies, and adherence to industry best practices. The Infosec Analyst will spend most of their time working with users in IT. They will work across all departments on a regular basis both as a member of select project teams and to ensure security/compliance as it pertains to company data and applications. This role will not manage any vendor relationships but will correspond on an as needed basis for software deployments, support and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:
* Deploying maintaining Data Security Tools
* Maintaining a comprehensive Vulnerability Management Program
* Identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities and risks in the network, systems, and applications
* Analyzing and investigating security events and incidents
* Conducting security assessments and providing recommendations for improvement
* Participating in the design, development, and implementation of business software to ensure it aligns with company policies and industry best practices
* Coordinating with 3rd party service providers to ensure compliance with company standards
* Maintaining security documentation, policies, procedures, and standards
* Participate in the delivery and reporting of security awareness and training to staff and stakeholders
* Research and maintain an understanding of the latest cyber security trends, threats, and solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* AS (minimum) and BA/BS (preferred)
* CISSP, Security + (preferred)
* 4-5 years of experience preferred
* 3 years of experience required
* Experience in cybersecurity
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Tools and technologies: Microsoft licenses, Splunk, firewalls (Fortnite, Palo Alto, SonicWall)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
