A large fintech company is looking for a software engineering manager for their new team in Atlanta. They are a SaaS consultancy that offers financial management and advice that works to decrease overall costs throughout their client's companies. The job is hybrid and will require 3 days on site per week.
The company is looking to make their mark in the fintech industry by continuing expansion across the state. You will be doing a mix of hands on and hands off work. As a manager, you will be required to hold team meetings, guide others in coding projects, manage multiple workloads, and more. A majority of the work will be backend focused.
