Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and content related to Workday *************
  • Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship program creation, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
  • Research training best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Analyze GA@WORK-related data and prepare narrative and graphical reports.
  • Maintain and update training materials, exercises, and exams to reflect best practices and policy changes.
  • Conduct instructor-led training both virtually and in-person for state staff.
  • Utilize system training environments to facilitate student activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the Learning Candidateagement System (LMS), including processing enrollment requests and administrative tasks.
  • Respond to requests from stakeholders.
  • Requirement/Must Have:
  • High school diploma/GED and three years of job-related HR experience
  • OR one year of experience at the HR Spec 2 (HRP021) level or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering training in various formats (in-person, virtual, multimedia).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Program management and administration skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Workday Core ClientM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Candidateagement), or related modules as an administrator or trainer.
  • HRIS systems training experience.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Aptitude for learning and using technology for training and data analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
