We are seeking a strategic and experienced Consult Partner to lead multi-disciplinary teams in large-scale transformation engagements across enterprise clients-particularly in the insurance industry. This role requires deep expertise in operational and digital transformation, C-suite engagement, and a strong focus on profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior executives and drive business development while leading high-performing consulting teams.

  • Drive significant financial outcomes through business development, revenue growth, and backlog management
  • Lead large-scale, complex consulting engagements with end-to-end accountability for design and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client CXOs; serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
  • Shape strategic transformation agendas in insurance operations, claims, risk, and modernization efforts
  • Develop and negotiate consulting scopes, fee structures, and execution plans with profitability in mind
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Lead the development of intellectual capital, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and commercial focus within your teams
  • Align engagements with organizational strategy and contribute to long-term growth vision

Key responsibilities and characteristics include:



  1. Sales & Business Development:



    • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
    • Originate, sell, and sign new consulting and integration project deals, aligning with C-level client needs.
    • Target annual new business signings ranging from $5 million to $20 million.
    • Leverage and document existing strong C-Level and Executive-level relationships within a target industry.

  2. Solutioning & Expertise:



    • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in their designated domain.
    • Develop compelling proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
    • Design and solution AI, Cloud, Business Transformation, Application, and Data Modernization consulting and integration projects.

  3. Delivery & Oversight:



    • Partner effectively with both customers and internal Kyndryl stakeholders.
    • Oversee the successful delivery of the projects they originate and sell.



Ideal Candidate Profile:


Kyndryl Consulting is looking for highly experienced digital consulting professionals with a recent and proven track record, typically from:



  • "Big 4" global consulting firms: Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC.
  • Other major consulting agencies: Infosys, Oracle, Wipro, Genpact, or other specialized boutique firms.

  • Documented Success: Ability to provide evidence of contributions to wins over the past five years, including details on contract value (Signings $M), annual revenue yield, and profitability (sold at margin).
  • Deep Domain Knowledge: Expertise in one or two of the following areas:


    • Business Transformation
    • IT Transformation
    • Cloud / Hyperscalers
    • Application Modernization
    • Data Modernization
    • AI and Generative AI

  • Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success driving $5 million to $20 million in annual consulting sales, with the ability to provide examples of their consulting work and project responsibilities.
  • Strong Executive Network: Possess strong, existing C-Level and Executive-level relationships within a target industry and be able to document the companies where these relationships exist.
