Are you ready to lead a transformative technology initiative with enterprise-wide impact? We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive a major multi-year program, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of a large-scale technology program, ensuring effective governance and accountability.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and build consensus among diverse senior leaders.
  • Oversee systems integrator partners to ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.
  • Champion engagement with field workers, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and meet operational needs.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex technology programs.
  • Proven track record in leading software or platform implementations, especially those involving field mobility tools.
  • Strong skills in vendor and systems integrator management, including governance and commercial management.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with field users and understand their operational needs.
  • Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships, especially with C-level executives.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the utility industry or similar fields such as telecommunications or logistics.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience in managing initiatives with a large number of end users.
