Summary
The Client Services Analyst I position is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly delivery processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of deliverables across multiple product lines. The candidate filling this position needs to have a desire to think strategically and execute tactically while being customer-focused, detail oriented, articulate and credible. Client Services Analyst I will also be focused on ensuring each client's definition of quality is met by proactively reviewing processes and data.
Your role in our mission
Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Gains technical understanding and competency in their clients' solution features being delivered
Leverages tools, reports and metrics in place to proactively perform first-level analysis and provide awareness to statuses
Builds relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are being met.
Works with technology/project teams to understand the business meaning of data in order to appropriately QA any client deliverables
Establishes centricity with client systems to ensure data is aligned between the company and our customer's expectations
Partners with operations and other internal teams to ensure our product offerings and services are being delivered appropriately.
What we're looking for
AssociatesorBachelor's degree desired but not required
Healthcare experience desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, word, and excel, Adobe programs as well
Strong attention to data quality with a focus on data reconciliation between sources or platforms
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly and professional approach to customers
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail with the ability to sit and review documents for long periods of time
What you should expect in this role
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
Full-time (40 hours a week)
May require shift work.
Some overtime when necessary.
Most benefits start on first day of employment

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
